There are a few reasons why the above error could happen, please see them below. Please review them carefully:
- Your domain’s name servers aren’t pointed at O2Link nameservers. They should be pointed to; ns1.o2link.com and ns2.o2link.com
- You are trying to add your main domain as an add-on domain to your account. Example: your master domain is called apple.com and you are trying to add apple.com again as an add-on domain.
- You have only recently changed your name servers to the correct name servers and there has not been enough time for the update to propergate over the internet.
- You can not add an add-on domain using an IP address only for the account. You MUST point your domain to the name servers.
