How do I install WordPress? |
Installing WordPress is easy. It is included in our Fantastico auto-installer application, and can be active within a couple clicks. Let’s go ahead and get started:
- Login to your control Panel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel)
- Once logged in, you will see a smiley face called “Fantasico” at the bottom of your control panel, please click it.
- Select “WordPress” from the list on your left hand side.
- Then click on “New Installation”.
- If you would like to install it in a specific directory, please indicate that in the directory box. Otherwise, leave it blank.
- Go ahead and click the “Install” button.
- On the next page, you will see a button called “Finish Installation”, go ahead and click that to complete the installation.
- Access your WordPress installation by going to where you installed it and add /wp-admin/ after your WordPress URL.
