No, sorry we do not support this service.because of the detailed reasons provided here:
BoxTrapper was a service introduced by cpanel without any proper announcement and testing. We never had it activated on our servers because it is fundamentally flawed. The challenge message is sent on the pretext that the email is in fact sent by that sender, but this is not the case with internet spam today.
One of the reseller server was crashing because it was sending unsolicited challenges to spoofed spam attack.
In short, what is considered to be fixing the spam problem, in fact increases the spam problem and includes the user who is using such Challenge Response System as the spammer to innocent by-standers, and further elevates the problem where such a server is in fact black listed.
We had no choice but to disable this service on that reseller server.
Please also note that we have never advertized this service as part of our shared or reseller packages. We did not activate it on any of our servers, yet due to broken funcationality of cpanel system, it was still running. We have already advised cpanel to fix this bug. We apologize for the inconvenience to those who were using this service while it was disabled.
If anyone wants to take the risk with running such service, they can certainly get their own VPS and Dedicated Server. Please do not use it on any shared/reseller plans, even if it appears to be working because it will eventually be removed.
