You maybe you are receiving the following error when trying to send mail using Outlook 2002. Please find the error listed below:
 
A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to send data to the server
Account: 'AccountName'
SMTP Server: 'ServerName'
Error Number: 0x800ccc13
 
In certain cases, you maybe able to receive mail without any trouble. However, sending out shows the above error. If so, please view the following link to the Microsoft Website.
