Why do I see a highload.html page? |
||||
This is another security feature that we employ to ensure that all your scripts are running within the limits of the shared accounts. For example, our rules state that you can not use anymore then 25% of CPU time and Memory for more then 90 seconds. We also state, that you can not use more then 20% MySQL time. If you are above those averages, then you will see the highload.html page as your site was caught abusing our servers and the server is waiting until your account falls within the parameters that you agreed to when you signed up before it is released.
Below are some reasons why you could see the highload.html page:
Further detailed information about this case can be found by accessing your site and going to /acct-log/ and either looking in the logcpu and/or logmysql folders for the respective date that you see this page. For example, if you are seeing this page on 07/06/07 it would be: /acct-log/logcpu (or logmysql)/logcpu-07-06-07. You will need to download this file and in there it will contain more details about what is going wrong.
The above, cover only a few of the issues that could be the reason why you are seeing the page. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions. |
